Drontal Plus is a broad spectrum tablet that effectively treats tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms as well as whipworms in dogs and puppies more than 3 weeks of age and weighing at least 2lbs. Known as one of the best wormers to treat gastrointestinal worms, Drontal Plus is a hit among dogs due to its highly palatable taste.

Drontal Plus contains such as Praziquantel, Pyrantel Pamoate and Febantel that work together in disrupting all intestinal worms including hookworms, tapeworms, roundworms, and whipworms. While Praziquantel takes care of tapeworms, Pyrantel Pamoate is useful against hookworms and ascarids. On the other hand, Febantel prevents infestation of whipworms.

For a single oral administration, 15 mg/kg bodyweight febantel and 5 mg/kg bodyweight pyrantel (as embonate) corresponding to 14.4 mg/kg pyrantel embonate.
