Milprazon is a palatable wide-spectrum wormer for the treatment and control of mixed infections by immature and adult cestodes and nematodes. Milprazon treats and controls infections of hookworms, roundworms, whipworms, lungworms, eyeworms, and tapeworms caused by Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp. Echinococcus spp. Mesocestoides spp. Ancylostoma caninum, Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Trichuris vulpis, Crenosoma vulpis, Angiostrongylus vasorum, and Thelazia callipaeda. It can be also used in the prevention of heartworms (Dirofilaria immitis). Milprazon deworming tablets for dogs are safe and effective for dogs and puppies weighing at least 1.1lbs (0.5kg).
